1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS


  1. All Prices shown are correct as of 1st February 2023;
  2. Any discounts must be applied for on time of booking and cannot be claimed retrospectively;
  3. No course placement is confirmed until receipt of payment;
  4. For blended learning courses. failure to complete the online session will result in you not being able to attend the face-to-face session. An alternative open course may be offered.  A fee may be applied.and you may be required to re-do the online session.
  5. In mitigating circumstances, and at our discretion, we may waive these charges
  6. Certificates will not be issued until all aspects of your course are successfully completed, and full payment has been received;
  7. Due to changing Government guidelines regarding COVID-19, venue dates and locations may have to changed at the last moment.  Whereas we will try to minimise any inconvenience, this may be beyond our control and every effort will be made to minimise any disruption.  Any confirmed bookings will  be transferred over to subsequent dates;

2. COURSE CHANGES


  1. If you need to make a change to the training course you have booked, please contact us.  We will let you know if the change is possible and any cost implications that this may incur.  It is then your responsibility to confirm if you wish to proceed with the change;
  2. Changes may incur a 25% administration fee;
  3. Changes you may need to make:
  4. Open courses now are delivered via the blended learning format.  Prior to attending the face-to-face day attendees MUST COMPLETE the online session (part 1)within the 6 weeks BEFORE the practical (Part 2) session.  If attendees attend the practical session without having successfully completed the online first, they will not be allowed to attend part 2 and will have to re-book (with no refund applicable).
  5. If you cancel your placement after having received the online session you will only be eligible for 50% refund if greater than 2 weeks before the face-to-face session.  If you cancel your place within 14 days of the face-to-face (part 2)  date  a fee will be charged according to the following sliding scale:
  6. 50% of the cost of the placement(s) if cancelled over 15 days preceding the course start date;
  7. 75% of the cost of the placement(s) if cancelled within 7-14 days preceding the course start date;
  8. 100% of the cost of the placement(s) if cancelled within 7 days preceding the course start date;
  9. Changes we may need to make:
  10. Where circumstances are beyond our control, we reserve the right to change course dates, venues and content at short notice;
  11. At the earliest opportunity we will inform you of these changes and you have the right to transfer the course or obtain a full refund, at no charge;
