If your group would like us to attend your venue, please see our "on-site courses".
On Site Courses
We can provide an instructor to travel to your location, anywhere in the UK to deliver a course.
We have taught in offices, classrooms, living rooms and gardens (weather permitting). If you have a space big enough for your group's practical work, we can come to you.
These courses all have core topics that will be covered, however we do tailor on-site courses to your specific requirements where we can. Please contact our office for more information.
Online Courses
We currently offer 3 online only courses, all of which give you full 2 year access, including any updates and added information.
- Interim Refresher - covering Primary & Secondary Surveys, Choking & Asphyxia including Asthma, Bleeding Control, CPR & AED and various Medical Conditions which may lead to an emergency situation, i.e. Stroke, Seizures, Diabetes and Allergic Reactions.

- Online First Aid Training - covering everything in the Interim Refresher with added injury training including Spinal Injuries, Fractures, Sprains & Strains and Head Injuries.

- Adult & Paediatric First Aid Training - covering everything in the Online First Aid Training for both Adult and Child First Aid, including common Illnesses in Children

Please be advised that these are NOT certified courses, these are purely for basic knowledge or to keep your skills up to date.
In our experience, the more these skills are rehearsed and practised, the quicker they can be recalled and used in a genuine emergency. If you are looking to book on to certified course, please see our face to face courses above.
We do recommend that any learning is followed up with hands on practise
Your Online Account
Have you already booked and paid for your blended learning course?
You should recieve your online access email 6 weeks prior to your face to face session. Once you have created your account, you can either download the Kajabi app or follow the link below to your course.
Blended Learning
This is how our blended learning courses work:
- Part 1 - 3.5 hour theory session.
This is an online interactive theory session, utilising video clips, self-assessments, notes and fact-sheets. This covers all the theoretical aspects of the course and must be completed within the 6 weeks prior to a half-day practical session. The online learning platform is conducted at your own pace, in your own time, enabling you to fit the study around your other commitments. You may complete this course in a much shorter time frame or longer (depending on your previous skills and experience).
This section MUST be completed prior to your face to face session. If you are struggling to complete this, please contact Pam at our office who may be able to assist.
- Part 2 - 3.5 hour (1/2 day) face-to-face practical session.
Utilising appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) throughout allows us to offer a safe learning environment. By undertaking the theory within the 6 weeks preceding part 2, this enables any questions that have come up in the interim to be dealt with by one of our experienced instructors. It also means that the focus of this class will then be on the practical elements of the course.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines require that, for a First Aid at Work certification there must be face-to-face sessions to ensure competency in the practical skills.
